Delivery time:
The physical products you order through our site are delivered to the cargo company within 3-5 working days.
You will be contacted via the contact information you have given us within 3-5 working days for your reservations you have made on our website for daily tours, tours with accommodation, package tours and diving courses. After giving you the necessary information for the activity you want to participate in, your activity date is finalized and your reservation is confirmed.
Order/reservation cancellation:
You can cancel your order at any time before we deliver your order to the cargo company or before we contact and confirm your reservation. To do this, simply send us your order/reservation number by e-mail and make a request. Please do not forget to add your order/reservation number in the email!
After your order is shipped or your reservation is finalized and confirmed, return and cancellation procedures will apply. You can find the detailed explanation about it, in the refund and cancellation section below.
Return and cancellation:
You can return your order within 7 days. You must send your return request to info@dragoman-turkey.com by e-mail, adding your order number. The product to be returned must be unused and undamaged.
After your return request, we will share with you the address information you will send the product to. When sending the product, we kindly ask you to pack it carefully and in a way that it will not be damaged during shipping. Please send us the original invoice sent to you along with the product. We cannot accept returns without the invoice.
You must send your cancellation request for daily, package tours, tours with accommodation and diving courses reservations to info@dragoman-turkey.com by e-mail with your reservation number. For your reservations for which your participation date has not been finalized and not yet confirmed, your cancellation request will be canceled by making a refund after we receive your cancellation request.
The cancellation conditions below will apply to your confirmed and finalized reservations.
Tours with accommodation, package tours and diving courses (unless otherwise stated in the tour description):
91 days before the tour date; the full cost of the tour,
90-31 days before the tour date; 75% of the tour cost is refunded.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made 30 or less days before the tour date.
On daily tours (nature activities, sea kayaking and diving):
61 days before the tour date; the full cost of the tour,
60-15 days before the tour date; 75% of the tour cost is refunded.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date.
